David has over 30 years investment experience and is responsible for delivering the Collective Investment Scheme service. David graduated from Cardiff University and City University Business School, and trained at Societe Generale Strauss Turnbull.

Sarah has over 20 years' experience in Collective Investment Schemes and has held a variety of roles spanning operations, product and relationship management. Sarah has been with the company since 2009, qualified as an accountant in 1994 and is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Stephen Mugford
Finance Director
Stephen is a qualified chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience and is responsible both for the Group Finance function and for the control of client assets, where he is the SMF responsible for client assets. Stephen graduated from Cambridge University in 1988 and then trained with Touche Ross, qualifying in 1991.

Carol Lawson
Non Executive Director
I joined the board of ConBrio in July 2022.
I’m a graduate in Mathematics from the University of York and I worked for seventeen years as an Investment Manager, rising to the level of joint Chief Investment Officer. Since 2007, I have worked as an Investment Management consultant and I now combine that with being a Trustee for two charities, the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) and the Royal Society for the Support of Woman of Scotland.
When not working or fulfilling my charitable roles, I spend my time hill walking and cooking, and I’m now looking forward to planning some interesting travel again.

Andrea Morandin
Project Analyst
Andrea has 3 years of industry experience and joined Tutman in 2023. His current role includes the support with fund launches, mergers and terminations, as well as client relationship liaison. Andrea completed an MSc Finance from the Lancaster University Management School in 2020.

Steven McGarvey
Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting Oversight
Steven has 15 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of UK fund administration and funds’ financial reporting from a variety of roles in the industry. He joined Tutman in January 2024 and his responsibilities include financial reporting oversight and fund change implementation oversight. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Nigel Daisy
Head of Compliance
Nigel has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years with the last 17 years in a compliance management role for a range of financial services firms, including Asset Management, Product Providers and Independent Financial Advisers. Nigel joined Thesis in September 2013 and was appointed Group Compliance Officer in 2015 and MLRO in 2019.

Debbie Kennedy
Tutman Compliance Manager
Debbie joined the Tutman Compliance Team in December 2021. Debbie has over 20 years’ experience working in Compliance for various financial companies. These include Northern Trust, HSBC Depositary and Trustee Services and Phoenix Fund Services. Her responsibilities include performing due diligence of new appointments for potential Investment Managers and Distributors, and oversight of ongoing delegate due diligence which also includes functions for Transfer Agents, Depositary and Fund Accounting to ensure they adhere to all regulatory requirements set by the FCA and other regulatory bodies. Prior to joining Tutman Debbie was a Compliance Monitoring Manager with HCL Insurance BPO Services.

Sharon has over 36 years of Operational Management Experience in Financial Services with over 15 years in Senior Management CASS Oversight roles. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds the Investment Operations Certificate. Sharon joined Thesis/Tutman in 2017 to head up CASS and Transfer Agency Oversight and is certified For CASS Oversight by the FCA. She also maintains Third party and Banking and Custody relationship Management for the group.

Martin Bailey
Systems Development Manager
Martin joined Thesis in April 2012, having previously built up 20 years' experience across different IT roles, mostly programming within the finance industry. He specialises in integrating disparate computer systems, importing and exporting data to the company's other internal systems, and automating the supply of data to our business partners. Martin has also developed a number of in-house programs and intranet pages, and ensures that business-critical systems continue to run smoothly and securely. Now manages the team of three other Development staff. Has successfully managed several cross-departmental and also multi-company projects.

Steve Taylor
Senior Analyst-Programmer
Steve joined Thesis in February 2020 and has over 25 years' experience in developing Web, Desktop and Enterprise applications. He has previously worked for Thesis on a contract basis and has more recently worked as a software developer for SupplyPoint, BD.com and Dunstan Thomas. Previous to that he had software development roles at IBM, Rolls Royce, Barclays Capital Group and Lloyds TSB. Steve is responsible for applications such as our .Net applications, websites, Client Portal and Intranet.
